Archimedes: Clinical Trial Simulation
The intent of this project was to calculate the expected event rate in a control population of patients at risk for a Major Adverse Cardiac Event (MACE). This information was used to inform enrollment in a clinical trial evaluating a candidate compound targeting a novel cardiovascular biomarker.
